UPGRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Each person will need to be entered as a separate order.

• Each option has limited upgrades.

• First come, first serve basis with a secure payment.

• To secure your upgrade, a payment will need to process effectively for each person requesting the upgrade.

• All monies are nonrefundable for available upgrades.

• If the upgrade category is full, your money will be refunded within 30 days.

• If you do not upgrade, you will Room Share: We carefully assign rooms, and bunking up with other retreat goers in order to foster community building. Retreat goers will be paired by gender with the exceptions of couples, friends traveling together and family; make sure you let us know by emailing Hello@VibeUP.org.

FINE PRINT

• Refunds: 50% non-refundable before Jul31. 100% non-refundable after Jul31.

• Nontransferable: Retreats are nontransferable. You may not transfer your retreat spot to another person.

• Room Share: We carefully assign rooms, and bunking up with other retreat goers in order to foster community building. Retreat goers will be paired by gender with the exceptions of couples, friends traveling together and family; make sure you let us know by emailing Hello@VibeUP.org.

• Provided: Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, pillows, towels, water bottles.

• Clothes: Bring multiple outfits to sweat in, bathing suits, hiking / running shoes, nighttime warmer lounging gear.

• Avail: All pricing and room availability based on first come, first serve. Call now to secure your favorite option!

• Roommates: Any roommates must purchase tickets first, then call the resort to request sharing their room. 

• Airfare: Air Transportation is not included. Fly into Puerto Vallerta Airport (PVR),

• Shuttles: 4 shuttle options will be offered & included on Nov 5 & Nov 12 ($100 value each way), 

  CheckIn/Out: Nov5 after 12pm may arrive at the resort for lunch & activities -- Nov12: out of room no later than 11am, but may hang out at the resort for breakfast and lunch, but most leave before dinner unless you book a room for the night. 

  MISC: More information on transportation, daily programming, special events, site map, liability waivers, and more will be sent to attendees closer to the date.
